Business Development Specialist

What you'll do

• Develop relationships with prospective clients and referral partners
• generate qualified leads and schedule introductory meetings
• build referral partnerships
• conduct outreach through calls, email, LinkedIn, networking events, and community involvement
• identify opportunities for payroll, HCM, HR consulting, insurance, and PEO services
• coordinate discovery meetings
• nurture relationships through follow-up
• represent the company at business events
• track activities and opportunities in the CRM
• identify cross-selling opportunities.
