The Industrial Robotics Maintenance Technologist role is onsite in Holland, MI. Pay is $28–$42 per hour. The position supports Magna Glass manufacturing operations by maintaining equipment uptime, production schedules, and quality goals. The technologist performs preventive maintenance, changeovers, and troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic systems. The role also documents repairs, supports safe restarts, and, at advanced levels, modifies controls and robot programs and contributes to process improvement and team training.

What you'll do

• Start up and shut down work centers
• perform changeovers and preventive maintenance
• troubleshoot equipment and production faults
• document maintenance and repairs in the CMMS
• diagnose PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, servo drives, and vision systems
• at advanced levels, modify robot paths, PLC logic, and HMI applications, optimize processes, train teams, and support continuous improvement.
