The Digital Content Assistant role is onsite at the CentreTech Campus in Aurora, CO, paying $17.50 per hour. The Community College of Aurora provides instruction and support services to prepare students for transfer and employment. The work-study assistant supports the Strategic Communications Department by maintaining the college’s digital presence, helping keep web and social content accurate, accessible, and useful to students and the broader community.

What you'll do

• Update and maintain website content in the college content management system
• add campus events to the website calendar
• assist with publishing approved social media content
• review webpages for accuracy, consistency, formatting, and usability
• apply basic SEO practices
• assist with WCAG accessibility improvements
• support Spanish-language webpage content and translations when applicable
• check links, images, and page formatting
• collaborate on digital content projects.
