The role leads the mechanical team and owns the mechanical value stream, delivering HVAC and related systems for medical and commercial clients on schedule and within budget. It combines project execution with labor planning, team development, and improvements to the mechanical function.

What you'll do

• Support HVAC and Plumbing Field Leaders
• own short- and medium-term labor planning
• perform material and labor takeoffs
• coordinate labor loading for mechanical and plumbing self-perform teams across projects
• recruit and standardize training for new field talent
• own the P&L for mechanical/plumbing work
• collaborate with the project management team
• use Excel, Smartsheet, and Procore.
