Senior Estimator — Heavy Civil

What you'll do

• Prepare and review estimates for roadwork, sitework, paving, drainage, utilities, earthwork, concrete, and subcontracted scopes
• perform quantity takeoffs
• build estimates from labor, equipment, materials, trucking, subcontractors, vendors, and production assumptions
• create Primavera pre-award and baseline schedules
• review subcontractor and vendor quotes for scope gaps and schedule risk
• participate in bid reviews and estimating-to-operations handoffs
• mentor junior estimators.
