Job overview

What you'll do
- Assist the publicity team with status reports, RSVP documents, screening requests, critics’ grids, calendars, agendas, and press request grids
- maintain talent schedules
- organize press breaks and reviews
- research news coverage and online reactions
- draft screening reports
- create and edit email blasts and social media materials using Photoshop and Premiere
- coordinate phone interviews
- and assist with special projects, events, and screenings as needed.
