What you'll do
- Develop characterization plans and success criteria
- define observability and test-access requirements
- develop characterization hardware and automated data acquisition
- calibrate and de-embed measurement hardware
- lead characterization across link integrity, power delivery, environmental corners, and first-silicon bring-up
- co-author simulation-to-silicon correlation reports
- define equipment capability and deploy AI-assisted characterization workflows.
