The Operations Training/Stan Eval Support Specialist role is onsite at one of five listed AFGSC CONUS installations: Barksdale AFB, LA; Minot AFB, ND; Whiteman AFB, MO; Dyess AFB, TX; or Ellsworth AFB, SD. Compensation is not specified. The role supports an active-duty AFGSC bomber squadron under the BSOS task order. The specialist manages aircrew training records, standardization documentation, and evaluation tracking in a flying-operations environment. The work helps squadron and group leadership monitor readiness, training, and qualification requirements.

What you'll do

• Update PEX/ARMS or equivalent systems and aircrew records
• administer classes and exams and coordinate crew scheduling
• conduct weekly gradebook checks and provide readiness updates
• prepare required reports and forms
• notify personnel and leadership about upcoming or overdue training and evaluations
• interpret AFIs and advise on tracking
• standardize technical order libraries and mission data cartridge checkout procedures as applicable
• assist with curriculum and syllabus development.

Why this role
