What you'll do

• Evaluate patients prior to surgery
• Provide patient and family education
• Assume responsibility for patient preparation
• Participate in surgical site verification
• Recognize and respond to patient emergencies
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
• Be an integral member of a dynamic interdisciplinary team
• Assess patient condition, monitor throughout shift, and document changes
• Educate patients and families/caregivers.
