The Machine Operator — A Shift role is onsite in Rochester, NY. Compensation is $20 per hour. Machine operators support Century Mold’s manufacturing processes by fulfilling job specifications while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

What you'll do

• Complete quality checks and associated paperwork, follow operator instructions and alerts, record container counts, inspect products and document defects, maintain an organized work area under the 5S program, communicate with incoming and outgoing operators, spray molds as required, and provide relief on other machines when requested.
