What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, install, maintain, and repair equipment onsite and remotely
• complete pharmaceutical IQOQ, yearly OQ, and clinical validations
• perform preventive maintenance and field modifications
• manage car stock inventory
• schedule field events
• provide occasional phone support and triage
• maintain service records and reports
• train junior field engineers
• maintain customer communications
• calibrate tools and test equipment
• coordinate with Sales on service and system opportunities.
