What you'll do

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC/R systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and building automation systems
• interpret schematics and technical manuals
• perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• handle refrigerant in accordance with EPA regulations
• assist with related plumbing and mechanical work
• explain repairs and recommendations to customers
• coordinate with contractors and vendors
• maintain work records.
