What you'll do

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• assess signs and symptoms of physiologic and psychosocial changes
• collect, analyze, and interpret care information and document nursing diagnoses
• document plans of care, expected outcomes, and interventions
• perform interventions according to priorities and care plans
• revise plans based on evaluation and changes in the medical plan
• use clinical judgment to establish care priorities.
