SMT Operator — Weekend Shift

The SMT Operator — Weekend Shift role is onsite in Boise, ID, working Friday through Sunday in 12-hour shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Compensation is not specified. KimCo Design and Manufacturing produces printed circuit boards and provides manufacturing support to customers. The operator sets up and runs surface-mount technology equipment and follows work instructions and quality requirements to produce printed circuit boards and document production processes.

What you'll do

• Read and follow work instructions
• set up and operate screen printers, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens
• retrieve kits and stencils
• set up and tear down equipment
• operate machines in the SMT area
• complete production documentation
• maintain a clean and organized work area
• ensure quality throughout manufacturing.
