What you'll do

• Assure quality, respectful patient care
• participate in planning and organizing medical services
• develop and review patient-care policies
• conduct admission and regular or as-needed physical examinations
• participate in comprehensive and discharge planning
• provide ongoing medical training and education to staff
• prepare for regulatory site visits
• ensure clinical care conforms to federal, state, and city requirements
• order, evaluate, adjust, and discontinue medication dosages as appropriate and discuss adjustments with patients.
