• Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial doors, docks, and related hardware
• diagnose issues involving springs, hinges, locks, and electrical components
• install and configure locks, handles, closers, low-voltage systems, and access control
• ensure work meets safety and building codes
• respond to customer inquiries and explain repair options
• maintain service records
• and perform quality checks.
