Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job overview

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is hybrid in Mesa, AZ, combining in-person and telehealth services. The listed pay range is $90–$110 per hour. Children’s Specialized ABA serves children with autism through personalized therapy and whole-child care. The BCBA uses evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis to assess needs, develop and adjust treatment plans, and monitor progress. The role also trains and supervises behavior technicians and supports families and caregivers, contributing to individualized care for children and families.

What you'll do

• Conduct behavioral and skills assessments
• develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans
• design, implement, and modify ABA treatment programs
• train and supervise Behavior Technicians, Registered Behavior Technicians, and team members
• monitor progress and analyze treatment data
• support accurate data collection
• train families and caregivers
• collaborate with physicians, educators, and therapists
• communicate with families.
