The Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is in person in Sandusky, OH, with compensation of $18–$24 per hour. The role provides Applied Behavior Analysis therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The technician implements individualized behavior programs and provides direct one-on-one support, helping clients develop social, communication, and daily living skills. The role also contributes to treatment planning through careful progress data collection and collaboration with the BCBA.

What you'll do

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under BCBA supervision
• collect and record client progress and behavior data
• assist with behavior support plans
• provide one-on-one ABA therapy
• teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills
• collaborate with the BCBA on treatment-plan changes
• and maintain professional relationships with clients and families.
