The Highly Skilled Caregiver role is onsite in the Conroe, TX area, with compensation of $13–$13.50 per hour. The role exists to provide personalized care and practical support according to each client’s needs and care plan. Caregivers contribute to clients’ daily well-being through personal care, mobility assistance, companionship, and communication about changes in condition or needs.

What you'll do

• Provide personalized in-home care
• assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
• provide mobility assistance and transfers as needed
• prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary
• provide medication reminders according to care plans
• assist with light housekeeping and laundry
• offer companionship
• monitor and communicate changes in client condition or needs
• follow care plans and company policies.
