The Senior Artificial Intelligence Full Stack Developer role is hybrid in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Compensation is not specified. Precise Software Solutions delivers secure digital platforms, infrastructure, and operational IT services to government organizations. The developer builds, integrates, tests, deploys, and operates secure AI-enabled applications for a government enterprise AI delivery and support program. The role owns core build, test, and pipeline deliverables, supports production operations, and leads AI security testing while mentoring developers and backing up the Lead AI Engineer.

What you'll do

• Develop and deploy AI applications, interfaces, APIs, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows
• implement model evaluation, retrieval tuning, and testing
• conduct adversarial AI testing and document mitigations
• enforce DevSecOps and MLOps promotion controls
• prepare release packages, SBOMs, and security assessment support
• provide Tier 2/3 escalation and production support
• conduct code and prompt reviews
• mentor developers
• serve as technical backup for the Lead AI Engineer.
