What you'll do

• Manage accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• develop internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• prepare financial statements, reports, and analysis
• collaborate across teams to improve financial processes and operational efficiency
• lead annual budgeting and long-term financial planning
• monitor financial metrics and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• oversee tax planning and compliance
• manage relationships with auditors, bankers, and financial partners
• lead and mentor the finance team.
