What you'll do

• Partner with executive leaders on strategic decisions and growth initiatives
• build scalable financial infrastructure
• provide financial reporting, analysis, and insights
• oversee the general ledger, financial reporting, and multi-entity consolidations
• ensure timely, accurate, GAAP-compliant statements
• build and develop the accounting organization
• improve accounting systems, workflows, and automation
• maintain internal controls
• oversee cash management and forecasting
• oversee Assistant Controller, Accounts Payable, and Treasury functions
• partner with operations on property and portfolio performance.

Why this role

Leadership role with a stated path to CFO. Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field and 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership. CPA is preferred; real estate, property management, or multi-entity experience is preferred.
