What you'll do

• Deliver direct patient care according to clinical protocols, safety standards, and quality guidelines
• assess patient conditions and record changes
• communicate critical updates to the interdisciplinary team
• execute physician and nursing orders
• assess discharge-planning needs and collaborate on safe transitions
• provide care for non-obstetric patients in the Women’s Emergency Department, function in triage, and support clinical work around the unit.
