The Therapist is an onsite role in Florence, Alabama, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 11:45 a.m. to 8:45 p.m. Compensation is $22.84–$31.25 per hour. Bradford Health Services provides care for people facing mental health and behavioral health challenges. The therapist assesses clients, develops individualized treatment plans, and provides individual, family, and group therapy. The role supports clients’ well-being and resilience through evidence-based interventions, crisis support when needed, accurate records, and collaboration with multidisciplinary care teams.

What you'll do

• Conduct psychological assessments and develop treatment plans
• provide individual, family, and group therapy
• implement crisis intervention strategies
• facilitate anger management and life-transition counseling
• maintain confidential client records
• collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical professionals
• stay current with counseling and behavioral health practices.
