The product manager owns portfolio strategy, roadmaps, and performance for HVAC equipment and services. The role develops service programs and recurring revenue offerings, analyzes markets and customer feedback, supports sales and marketing, and works with operations and branch leaders to improve customer retention, profitability, and service delivery.

What you'll do

• Develop product strategies, roadmaps, introductions, lifecycle plans, and portfolio optimization
• conduct market, competitive, and customer analysis
• monitor regulatory and industry requirements
• manage HVAC service offerings and recurring revenue programs
• develop pricing, bundles, renewals, and operating standards
• monitor KPIs and profitability
• create sales tools and training materials
• support launches and field teams
• partner with branch leadership on service delivery
• support inventory planning and supplier partnerships.
