The Millworker role is onsite in Farmingdale, NY, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and additional hours available during busy periods. Pay is $20–$35 per hour. Harlequin Design creates and installs retail windows and pop-up spaces that bring clients’ brands to life. This role turns technical drawings and creative concepts into high-quality retail displays and pop-up spaces. The millworker fabricates with materials such as MDF, plywood, laminate, and veneers, while meeting project quality standards and deadlines.

What you'll do

• Interpret technical drawings and fabricate displays and pop-up spaces using MDF, plywood, laminate, and veneers
• maintain precision and quality
• communicate quality issues or lead-time challenges to management
• work independently and collaboratively. Occasional overnight installation work is a plus.
