What you'll do

• Prepare and organize production documents
• work with clients on discovery responses and records
• conduct legal and entity research and manage corporate filings
• draft and review discovery and basic pleadings
• prepare trial materials, exhibits, and witnesses
• analyze medical and billing records
• coordinate expert retention and materials
• communicate case updates
• review and summarize depositions and discovery.
