Janitorial and Maintenance Technician

The Janitorial and Maintenance Technician role is onsite at two facilities in Robinson Township, PA, approximately one mile apart. Pay is $17 per hour. The position is a temp-to-hire assignment through Integrative Staffing Group. The technician keeps both facilities clean, orderly, and maintained by handling routine cleaning, minor repairs, and outdoor upkeep, while reporting maintenance concerns and using equipment and cleaning chemicals safely.

What you'll do

• Clean restrooms, offices, break rooms, and common areas
• sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• empty trash and recycling
• perform light maintenance and minor repairs
• maintain entrances and walkways, including snow removal
• use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
• report maintenance concerns.
