HR Compliance Specialist

What you'll do

• Handle Form I-9 and E-Verify compliance, background screening submissions, unemployment and disability insurance reporting, employment verifications, invoice processing, and labor law poster compliance
• review employee application packets
• maintain HR compliance records
• document information in SAP, background screening, and E-Verify systems
• contact supervisors to obtain or share information
• process employment verification requests
• prepare and submit reports and invoices
• resolve compliance issues according to company policies and legal requirements
• assist with audit requests as needed.
