Shipping Associate

The Shipping Associate role is onsite in Detroit Lakes, MN, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pay is $18 per hour. Lakeshirts creates and decorates apparel and accessories, and the shipping team helps deliver orders to customers. The associate processes and prepares orders for pickup or shipment, coordinating labels, invoices, tracking, and loading. The role supports timely delivery by organizing shipments, maintaining a safe work area, and working with teammates.

What you'll do

• Receive orders and determine pickup or shipping status
• select shipping methods based on order needs
• label and group boxes
• enter orders and tracking numbers
• invoice and tape boxes
• deliver shipments to UPS when needed
• load customer pickup orders
• prepare and schedule less-than-truckload shipments
• generate customs invoices for international shipments
• maintain an orderly work area and follow safety practices.

Why this role

High school education, a valid driver’s license, and computer experience with Word and Excel are required. Previous shipping experience is preferred but not required. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m.
