What you'll do

• Analyze conflict reports involving new business, lateral hires, and RFPs
• research jurisdictional conflicts, ethics, and professional responsibility rules
• evaluate potential conflicts and assist with resolution strategies
• communicate recommendations to attorneys
• request and maintain clearance documentation
• draft conflict consents and waivers
• prepare and implement ethical walls
• assist with client guidelines
• help develop conflicts policies and procedures
• train intake analysts and administrative staff
• maintain conflicts database accuracy and respond to inquiries confidentially.
