Job overview

The Press Operator role is onsite in Kansas City, KS, with a 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule; pay is $25–$35 per hour. The position joins a manufacturing team producing printed products. The operator runs and helps set up flexographic printing presses, makes changeovers and adjustments, troubleshoots equipment and print quality, and monitors production quality. The role also supports safe, efficient production through recordkeeping, basic preventive maintenance, housekeeping, and teamwork.

What you'll do

• Operate and assist with setup of flexographic presses and production equipment
• perform setups, changeovers, and adjustments
• troubleshoot machine and print quality issues
• inspect equipment
• monitor quality and follow quality-control procedures
• record production and material usage
• perform basic preventive maintenance
• support repairs, housekeeping, material handling, and continuous improvement.

Why this role
