The Food Safety and Regulatory Compliance Specialist role is onsite in Billerica, MA. Compensation is $95,000–$110,000 per year. The role joins ColdSnap’s Food Safety & Quality team, supporting the company’s work on rapid-freezing appliances and frozen products. The specialist manages food safety and quality documentation across ColdSnap and its co-packing partners. The work helps maintain current, accurate, audit-ready records and supports regulatory compliance, traceability, and food-safe operations.

What you'll do

• Administer the Certdox document control system
• manage document intake, routing, approvals, version control, and archiving
• collect and maintain supplier and ingredient documentation
• track expirations and renewals
• coordinate documentation with co-packers
• maintain product and packaging specifications
• support regulatory compliance and audits
• update HACCP plans, SOPs, and GMPs
• maintain allergen statements and support label review
• support lot-code traceability and mock recalls
• manage documentation change control
• collaborate with Food Science, Procurement, Production, and Quality Assurance.

Why this role
