Training Coordinator – Food Processing

What you'll do

• Develop, implement, and oversee employee training programs
• conduct onboarding and maintain current task instructions
• develop and update training materials, manuals, and standard operating procedures
• coordinate in-person and online training, workshops, and certifications
• evaluate training effectiveness with supervisors and managers
• conduct skills assessments and recommend additional training or cross-training
• track and schedule compliance training
• work with Quality Assurance and Safety teams to align training with plant requirements.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources, food science, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience; 2–3 years of training, HR, or related experience in food processing, manufacturing, or an industrial environment; and fluency in Spanish and English. HACCP, OSHA, or Train-the-Trainer certification is a plus. May require occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends for shift-based training.
