It contributes to project delivery and business growth through engineering oversight, client relationships, proposal development, workload planning, and mentoring of engineering and project management staff.

What you'll do

• Manage larger design and construction projects
• lead technical or management work in Water Resources
• perform and oversee engineering designs, reports, drawings, specifications, and calculations for water distribution systems, including pump stations, tanks, and transmission mains
• review designs for compliance
• develop proposals and budgets
• define project scope, staffing, and fees with clients
• maintain client relationships
• project workload
• mentor project and engineering staff.
