What you'll do

  • initiate care plans and supporting activities
  • create and distribute monthly care plan calendars
  • maintain and update care plans and assessments
  • monitor and audit clinical records
  • inform the Director of Nursing of persistent noncompliant documentation
  • protect resident and facility information.
