The work helps providers join the network and supports access to care for patients, while coordinating with revenue cycle management, payer operations, clinical operations, and customer experience teams.

What you'll do

• Support credentialing or payer-enrollment operations
• assist with building the credentialing program for physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and registered dietitians or own payer enrollment applications for providers
• suggest process automation and workflow improvements
• develop and implement standard operating procedures
• assist with managing and training the contract credentialing team
• track metrics and report progress and roadblocks
• support dietitians and payers and manage registered dietitian credentialing communications
• coordinate updates and priorities across teams.
