What you'll do

• Remove litter and debris from property areas, including pool areas, laundry rooms, dumpster areas, recreation areas, grounds, and walkways
• remove abandoned items and trash from vacated apartments
• assist with physical tasks and make-readies
• clean and maintain storage rooms
• distribute resident communications
• maintain awareness of utility meter cut-offs, sewer clean-outs, and safety precautions
• repair and adjust sprinklers
• work at other Foundation Communities properties in the Austin area as needed.
