What you'll do

• Oversee clinic operations and ABA service delivery
• supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and clinical staff
• develop, monitor, and update behavior intervention plans and treatment programs
• conduct functional behavior assessments and progress evaluations
• ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, licensure requirements, and company policies
• collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
• lead staff training and performance reviews.
