Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Englewood, CO, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Compensation is $24 per hour. The role supports Sealcon customers and the sales team through customer communication, quoting, and order follow-up. The representative helps provide a reliable customer experience from initial inquiry through quote and order follow-up. The work includes preparing accurate quotes, checking order information, maintaining customer records, coordinating with internal departments, and routing complex or technical opportunities to sales representatives.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound customer calls and emails
• answer or route inquiries and communicate quote and order updates
• prepare accurate product quotes and follow up as appropriate
• coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Order Processing, and other departments
• quality-check order information against customer purchase orders and quotes
• maintain CRM records and document customer interactions
• support approved campaigns and identify opportunities to recommend complementary products.
