What you'll do

• Maintain professional client relationships and confidentiality
• communicate contract requirements to staff
• ensure client and program files meet funder standards and quality assurance protocols
• plan program activities to meet contract goals
• coordinate and monitor staff performance
• conduct weekly case conferences
• review client documentation
• submit reports to management and funders
• provide direct client service and program support
• supervise staff, including hiring recommendations, training, work assignments, performance evaluation, and complaint resolution.
