Water Machine Service Lead

What you'll do

• Diagnose, disassemble, repair, and reassemble returned or defective hydrogen water machines
• test repaired units
• grade incoming units and document findings
• maintain tools, testing equipment, and parts inventory
• track failure trends
• recommend workflow and refurbishment improvements
• communicate with manufacturers
• support escalated customer cases
• develop troubleshooting and training materials
• train water repair technicians.
