Job overview
The Fertility Registered Nurse role is onsite across Houston and The Woodlands, Texas, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.; the posting also requires availability for weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings. The nurse coordinates fertility care, implements provider-directed treatment plans, educates patients, communicates results and instructions, and documents care in the electronic medical record. The role also provides compassionate support, assists with in-office procedures as needed, and contributes to nurse training and peer mentorship.
What you'll do
- Coordinate fertility patient care and treatment

- review records and lab results and enter accurate EMR data

- educate patients about testing, treatment options, and processes
