What you'll do

• Provide customer service to residents, families, and guests
• maintain confidentiality
• assist with administrative and business functions
• support the Activities Director with transportation or other duties
• help keep residents safe and the building secure
• serve as backup to other resident-service areas
• conduct tours and answer questions from prospective residents and families
• help coordinate resident programs and assist the Executive Director with duties and events.

Why this role
