Job Developer

What you'll do

• Provide employment services and training in line with individual plans and referral requirements
• develop job sites and placements
• maintain relationships with counselors and employers
• match trainees’ skills and interests to opportunities
• use job trials, mock interviews, job shadowing, and assessments
• develop employer support plans
• provide on-the-job coaching and retention services
• maintain training schedules and records
• and report trainee progress and service outcomes.

Why this role

The posting requires a bachelor’s degree in human services, education, or social services, or equivalent training. CESP certification is required or must be completed within the first 18 months; a valid Ohio and/or West Virginia driver’s license is also required.
