What you'll do

• Own client relationships from first conversation through closing and beyond
• contact new leads within 15 minutes and follow up
• run listing presentations, negotiate, and close, with backup on complex deals
• take sellers through the transaction after the initial strategy call
• conduct showings and coordinate inspections and appraisals
• keep clients informed
• maintain client and lead records in Follow Up Boss
• meet response, follow-up, and conversion standards
• participate in weekly team training.
