What you'll do

• Administer onboarding, offboarding, personnel records, and HRIS updates
• respond to employee inquiries, complaints, and recommendations
• assist with demographic reports and performance management processing
• support job postings, screening, interview coordination, and offer processing
• schedule interviews and prepare candidate files
• participate in onboarding, E-Verify, fingerprinting, and background screening
• prepare staff communications when requested
• monitor remote-work and secondary-employment requests
• assist with scheduling urinalysis and psychological tests for employees and applicants selected for armed positions.
