What you'll do

• Greet and tour prospective residents
• promote available units and amenities
• explain lease terms, application requirements, and pricing
• maintain resident files
• coordinate with the Property Manager and maintenance team
• process recertifications and renewals and assist with retention
• communicate lease provisions and community policies
• assist with applications
• update the waitlist
• complete assigned reports
• address resident concerns
• conduct move-in and move-out inspections.
