Resident Services Director — Assisted Living

What you'll do

• Oversee and coordinate personal care and services
• interview, hire, and train resident assistants
• monitor residents’ hygiene and report changes in physical condition to families and physicians as appropriate
• manage the medication program and pharmacy relationship
• coordinate resident move-ins and move-outs
• supervise and schedule care staff
• coordinate healthcare and food service needs
• assist with marketing
• and serve as the Executive Director’s designee when needed. Participate in on-call coverage and cover resident assistant shifts when needed.

Why this role
