Auto Glass Training Manager

What you'll do

• Lead implementation of auto glass training programs
• prepare candidates to meet program standards and earn certification within 12 weeks
• identify and train mentors
• train mentors and supervisors in instruction and performance evaluation
• evaluate trainee progress and adjust plans
• identify training needs with leaders
• coordinate schedules across locations
• develop training policies, programs, manuals, assessments, and learning resources
• deliver safety and regulatory training
• support vendor training and certification programs
• maintain training records, licenses, and certifications.
